United Way Bike Drive

A Message from Gene Zweben

Since 2014, we’ve spearheaded the Zweben Law Group Bike Drive 🚴🏻‍♀️ for United Way of Martin County. In that time period with your support, we’ve been able to raise enough money to buy over 1000 bicycles for children in this community! We thank you for your support. Unfortunately, 2020 has brought unprecedented times, and although bicycles are hard to get and we won’t be able to do a bike drive this year, there is still a need in the community for Holiday food and Holiday gifts. We’re counting on your support this year for the Zweben Law Group Bike Drive 2020 edition. Although […]

Signing Releases From Insurance Companies After a Car Accident

Signing Releases From Insurance Companies After a Car Accident There is a circumstance that often happens in our office concerning insurance companies. The story goes like this: someone was in an auto accident that was not their fault, they will come to us to represent, we call the insurance company to see how we can go about getting them fair compensation for their injuries. Sometimes when we make that call, we discover that the client has already signed a release form with the insurance company that extinguishes all of their rights against the at-fault party.
