Shaun helps individuals and families prepare for the future through thoughtful estate planning, elder law guidance, and probate administration. Whether someone’s navigating long-term care decisions or trying to ensure a loved one’s legacy is protected, Shaun is there to walk them through it all with care and clarity.

Originally from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Shaun made his way to Florida by way of Florida State University, where he earned degrees in Finance and Management, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He then earned his law degree from the University of Memphis and received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence in Jurisprudence.

Shaun began practicing law in Florida in 1999 and launched his own firm in 2006, focusing on estate planning and elder law. Over the years, he’s become a familiar face at community seminars, on local radio shows like Successful Aging and Quality of Life, and at educational events where he helps demystify often overwhelming legal topics.

He stays active in the legal and local community through memberships in The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section and Elder Law Section, The Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Martin County Bar Association. Shaun also contributes his time to the United Way of Martin County.
