Who will pay for my medical bills?

In Florida, your own car insurance company pays for the first $10,000.00 of your medical bills.  Individual insurance policies may have additional medical coverages.  Your own health insurance can also be used once your car insurance is exhausted.  We also attempt to recover outstanding medical expenses from the at fault party.
