Is it illegal to drive with your hazard lights on in Florida?

Today, I want to talk to you about using your hazard lights on your vehicle in Florida. In Florida, it’s a law that you can only use your hazard lights in one of two situations. One your car is disabled on the side of the road or two you’re part of a funeral procession. Other than that do not use your hazard lights. A lot of times there might be a storm that comes through and it’s raining very heavily and people turn their hazard lights on as they’re driving on the road. That is illegal, it’s dangerous, and you can get a ticket for that. If there’s bad weather, make sure your lights are on, your windshield wipers are on, and watch the road drive slowly and carefully, but don’t turn your hazard lights on. Again, it is illegal to drive in Florida, moving your vehicle with your hazard lights on unless of course, as I said before you’re part of a funeral procession.
