In Florida, in order to qualify to use your Personal Injury Protection insurance, which is your automobile medical insurance, you must see a doctor within 14 days of an accident.  It is advised to see a doctor as soon as possible after an accident if you are hurt to not only help you feel better, but to document your injuries for your claim.
