I was injured in a slip and fall accident at a store. Do I have a claim against the store?

If the store was negligent in causing you to injure yourself, you have a claim against them.  A business has the obligation to maintain a reasonably safe environment for their customers.  If they fail to do this, they can be liable for injuries sustained on their property.
